Reports of Hobby Maker Product Exhibition Summer 2011

Similar to my previous post, this is still related to the event Hobby Maker Product Exhibition Summer 2011. This time, we have got reports from Mikatan, which displays their line-up of products, ranging from scaled figures, figma, and obviously Nendoroid. Several Nendoroid from WonFes are also making their appearances here, including Nendoroid Millihoire F. Biscotti (Dog Days), Nendoroid Jack Frost (Persona), Nendoroid Hatsune Miku: Append version are among the displayed Nendoroid there.

Meanwhile, Nendoroid Ika Musume are also getting an appearance, courtesy of Phat! Company. Nendoroid Sanada Yukimura was also displayed there, along with the Nendoroid Playset Wagnaria (Family Cafe and Resto). ^^

Nendoroid MEIKO and Hercule are Available for Pre-Order

Nendoroid MEIKO is finally available for pre-order starting today. You might want to take a look at Mikatan’s preview pics on this long-awaited original Vocaloid character. Anyway, she is scheduled for December release with a price tag of 3000 Yen. ^^

Meanwhile, Nendoroid Hercule Barton (Elly) is also open for reservation today, as promised. One of the heroines in Tantei Opera Milky Holmes is scheduled for December release as well, priced at 3500 Yen.

Getting them as well, Nendonesian? ^^

Nendoroid Charlotte E Yeager and Kobayashi Kamui are Spotted; Minami Sisters are Missing

Assume that WonFes is an exhibition event for us, figure collectors (read: consumers), then consider this “Hobby Product Maker Summer 2011” an event for the figure manufacturers. The products being displayed here are generally similar to what we have seen at the WonFes, and Nendoroid Charlotte E Yeager is among those WonFes-bound products as well. ^^

Nendoroid Kobayashi Kamui

Nendoroid Kobayashi Kamui also made another appearance here. The famous Japanese F1 racer is spotted alongside two helmets, which appears to be the one that has been scaled down to Nendoroid-size for Kamui-san. ^^

Nendoroid Minami Haruka and Kana

Meanwhile, Nendoroid Minami Haruka and Kana from Minami-ke are missing in this exhibition, after being spotted as prototype at the latest WonFes. Gift has commented on the absence of Chiaki’s elder sisters, saying that both Nendoroid are currently getting painting finalization. Wha-!? So are we going to see them as a full-colored Nendoroid soon? ^^

Nendoroid Hercule “Elly” Barton is Previewed by Mikatan

The second character from Tantei Opera Milky Holmes in Nendoroid rendetion is finally announced officially. Yep, Nendoroid Hercule Barton (a.k.a Elly) is getting a preview photo session treatment by Mikatan. Apparently, she will come with a plenty of optional body parts, including three expressions, a fat body, as well as an additional lower body to re-create various scenes from the anime.

Pre-order for Nendoroid Elly should be available pretty soon, and in the meantime, you could pay a visit to Mikatan’s blog to view more pics of this adorable detective. ^^

Nendoroid Aisaka Taiga is Available for Pre-Order!

Yep, as you have known, there are three version of Nendoroid Aisaka Taiga: standard version, Dengeki version, and Sailor version. First up is the standard/regular one, which is available for pre-order starting today and scheduled for late January 2012 release. Normal/angry face, grumpy face, a mini-tiger, and a wooden sword is all you would get for 3500 Yen.

Nendoroid Aisaka Taiga: Dengeki version

The second version of the Nendoroid rendetion of Taiga is … well, Nendoroid Aisaka Taiga: Dengeki version, which is exactly the same with the standard run (parts, pricing, and release date), with an additional smiling face and sold exclusively on Dengeki. Pre-order for this version of Taiga is available starting today until September 5, 2011.

You may ask, why would someone get the standard one then? Well, although it is stated that both the standard one and this Dengeki-exclusive one have the same price, the real world price of the Dengeki version will be most likely more expensive, especially for us who live outside Japan, because this is an exclusive. Some stores have already listed her for 4500 Yen pre-order exclude shipping fee. Woot! ^^

Nendoroid Aisaka Taiga: Sailor version

The third one is Nendoroid Aisaka Taiga: Sailor version – previously known as Nendoroid Aisaka Taiga: Last Episode Uniform version. As far as I know, this version of Nendoroid Aisaka Taiga does not include any additional parts and/or accessories other than what you see in the pic above. Yep, you will only get a different expression and sailor uniform of Taiga for 2800 Yen.

The first release of Nendoroid Aisaka Taiga: Sailor version will be sold at Chara Hobby event on August 27-28, while the web pre-order one will be available starting August 29 until September 5 at Dengeki-ya. The pre-order version is scheduled for late January release – similar with the other 2 version of Taiga.

As a side note, apparently all version of Nendoroid Aisaka Taiga will be manufactured by ASCII Media Works and SEN-TI-NEL. GSC will only be doing the distribution only this time. ^^

Nendoroid Petit Claude Claudel from Ikoku Meiro is Spotted

Another weekly Petit teaser from Ikoku Meiro no Croisee … this time it is Nendoroid Claude Claudel‘s turn to get the spotlight. He is displayed with his hand holding a hammer – now he is looking more like a craftman, as seen on the TV animation. ^^

Anyway, a new info is also revealed about the Petit set. It seems that Nendoroid Petit Ikoku Meiro no Croisee set will be made by Seven Two and possibly distributed by GSC. The included characters are Claude Claudel, Alice Blanche, and this Yune. Sadly, the release date and pricing are yet-to-be-announced. ^^;

Nendoroid MEIKO is Previewed by Mikatan

“FINALLY!” That was the first word came across my mind when I see Nendoroid MEIKO displayed back then on last week’s WonFes. I have been waiting for her since the first time I own a Nendoroid from Vocaloid Character series – yes, it was Luka. ^^

… and today Nendoroid MEIKO has been given a preview treatment by Mikatan. Three faceplates, a mic + mic-stand, a liquor can and bottle, a glass, and also a couple of optional body parts. She can also be displayed in sitting-pose! Whoa whoa whoa! (o . O)/

Well then, you can visit Mikatan’s blog to view more pics of this senior Vocaloid. Oh, and her pre-order should be available tomorrow. ^^

Personally, she is an INSTANT-GET for me … Are you getting her as well, Nendonesian? XD

Nendonesia Photo Contest #2 – Scoring Phase

First, we want to say thank you for your participation in Nendonesia Photo Contest #2. We have received many entries internationally, despite all of the restriction in the submission. Thank you for your enthusiasm, Nendonesian!! ^^

Anyway, now that we have closed the entry submission period, we are getting into the scoring phase. There will be two rounds to determine the winners: Qualitfying and Final Round.

In the Qualifying Round, we will have the judges put scores on your photos based on some criteria. Top 10 entries will be picked and they will qualify into the Final Round. This round is expected to finish by next week. ^^

In the Final Round, we will ask for your help, Nendonesian, to choose the winning photos. We will post the qualifying top 10 entries onto either (or both) our Facebook page and DeviantArt group. There, you will be able to cast your votes (# of likes for Facebook and # of favorites for DeviantArt) for the finalists. The judges will cast their votes to some of the finalists as well. Yes, the final scoring will be determined by the judges and you, Nendonesian. ^^

Well then, I guess that is all about the scoring phase for Nendonesia Photo Contest #2. May the best photos win! ^^

X-Ray Scan Showed Nendoroid Inside Someone’s Body

An unusual medical case was spotted in Japan (or China?), where an X-ray scan result of someone’s body was found to be bearing a Nendoroid inside. Wait … what!?

Nendoroid Petit Touwa Erio

September 2011 issue of Dengeki G’s magazine has just been released yesterday. Yes, it means the adorable Nendoroid Petit Touwa Erio, which is bundled along with the magazine, is also arriving to the hands of Japanese folks starting yesterday. ^^

I have collected some pics of the cute heroine from Denpa Onna to Seishun Otoko, and compiled them in a mini-gallery, which you can enjoy … after the break. ^^
