Even More Photos of Nendoroid Suenaga Mirai Spotted as She is Available for Pre-Order

Danny Choo has posted a batch of photos from the upcoming Nendoroid Suenaga Mirai. These new photos show a lot of close-up photos on the parts and accessories that is going to come along with Mirai.

As we have known, Nendoroid Suenaga Mirai will come with three expression: one standard face based on the Shirahane Nao’s illustration as well as two smiling expressions based on Moekana illustration by Ikkyuu.

She will also bring along some extras: a Japanese flag, 50+ Nendoroid-sized Moekana cards, Mirai-chan’s sidekick Retrokyu (including its own stand), and even a miniature itasha featuring Iizuki Tasuku’s illustration of Mirai on the bonnet. Wow, that’s a lot of stuff there. XD

Chara Hobby 2012 Nendoroid Line-Up (Updated)

Chara Hobby was an annual figurine exhibition, kinda feel like Wonder Festival, I guess. This year’s Chara Hobby 2012 was held on Saturday and Sunday (today) at Makuhari Messe. As usual, GSC booth was also there, and they displayed some upcoming Nendoroid as well as a few prototypes.

Nendoroid Suenaga Mirai and Akaza Akari are Available for Pre-Order

Nendoroid Suenaga Mirai

Nendoroid Suenaga Mirai of Culture Japan has been available for pre-order since yesterday. Here is her official description:

A Nendoroid of Culture Japan’s mascot character!
Mirai Suenaga, the mascot character from the Culture Japan TV show and main character of the original story ‘Mirai Millennium’ is joining the Nendoroid series! Her standard expression is based on Nao Shirahane’s illustration of Mirai, but she also comes two different smiling expressions based on illustrations from the Moekana cards illustrated by Ikkyuu.

A variety of extras are also included to display together with Mirai, including a Japanese flag, Nendoroid-sized Moekana card, Mirai-chan’s sidekick Retrokyu and even a miniature itasha featuring Tasuku Iizuki’s illustration of Mirai on the bonnet.

A miniature pack of the original 50 Moekana cards plus six brand new cards are also included, so you can continue to improve your hiragana as well!

She is scheduled for December release and priced at 4000 Yen.

Nendoroid Akaza Akari

Meanwhile Nendoroid Akaza Akari, the ~~invisible~~ main character of Yuru Yuri is also ready for reservation starting yesterday.

From the popular anime series ‘YuruYuri♪♪’ comes a Nendoroid of the kind and gentle Akari Akaza, who is always trying to get noticed as a main character.

Akari is wearing her Nanamori Middle School uniform and comes with a number of parts that help you recreate popular scenes from the show, such as the opening scene at the beginning of the first season, the rather embarrassing scene where Akari first introduces herself and even the kiss scene where something rather important is taken from her. Her hair buns can also be taken off, and together with the included effect parts you can recreate the ‘Hair Bazooka’ scene!

She is also scheduled for December release, with the usual price tag of 3500 Yen.

Nendoroid Sakura Miku and Asama Tomo: Suit version

A few new pics of Nendoroid Sakura Miku are revealed, and even better, she has been given a release date: March 2013! I hope she will not available as a limited/exclusive Nendoroid though. XD

The one on the right side of this scan is Nendoroid Asama Tomo, who is bundled with upcoming PSP game Kyoukai Senjou no Horizon Portable. We have seen most of her pics previously though. XD

Some upcoming Nendoroid and Petites

From the left side, we have an uncolored prototype of Nendoroid Horizon Ariadust from Kyoukai Senjou no Horizon, which will apparently come in two editions: Suit version and Plain clothes version. She looks like a good companion for Nendoroid Asama Tomo. XD

IMHO, the main focus in this scan is the overdued Nendoroid Kusugawa Sasara: Valkyrie version from AQUAPAZZA (and To Heart 2 Dungeon Travellers series). She will bring along three expressions, a pair of wearable wings, as well as her weapon and shield. Nendoroid Petite Maaryan is also included in the package, and she has two interchangable expressions as well.

Nendoroid Kusugawa Sasara: Valkyrie version is scheduled for December 2012 release and priced at 4200 Yen. It is still uncertain whether she will be released as standard run or limited/exclusive one. I hope it is not the latter though. XD

Anyway, last but not least is Nendoroid Petite Charlotte, which should be compatible with Nendoroid Petite Puella Magi Madoka Magica set. She is scheduled for September release and priced at 1200 Yen.

The popular mascot of Danny Choo‘s famous TV show Culture Japan has finally got her Nendoroid version completed as she underwent the usual preview photo session by Mikatan today.

Nendoroid Suenaga Mirai brings along three cute expression, all of which are featuring an adorable smile! However, she has many more fun parts and accessories to play with, such as:

GSC is Coming to AFAID 2012 (Update: Official Confirmation)

GSC goes to AFAID 2012

I guess most of you who are going to attend AFAID 2012 should have known about this.

Yep, it seems that GSC will be coming to the first AFA in Indonesia on September 1-2. Here is a statement from AFA’s official Facebook page:

Good Smile Company the worldwide leader in Japanese hobby products and service including the design, manufacture and marketing of Japanese character figures will be coming to AFA Indonesia 2012 this September 1-2 at JI EXPO PRJ Hall A! Please look out for them at AFA ID!

I assume that GSC will bring along their WonFes exclusive products, Cheerful products, and some re-releases.

Nendoroid Hatsune Miku: Yukata version made a surprise appearance during last month’s Summer WonFes and now she is officially announced on GSC website.

From the ‘Character Vocal Series 01: Hatsune Miku’ comes a Nendoroid of Hatsune Miku wearing a yukata!

The same cute Miku we’ve all come to love is wearing a dark blue yukata with beautiful flower prints scattered along it, creating a very refreshing version of Miku for the hot summer months! She comes with three expressions including her standard smiling expression, a shy expression with a slight blush and an exited expression with sparkling eyes. She also comes with a fan and a pouch that suit her yukata perfectly!

This Nendoroid will be available at the 39’s CARAVAN Hakkeijima Event Hall, and will be available for order online at the GSC Online Shop!

Nendoroid Hatsune Miku: Yukata version is priced at 3000 Yen and scheduled for September 18th, specifically during 39’s CARAVAN Hakkeijima event. She will also be available for pre-order through Good Smile Online Shop without any specific release date announced yet. XD

Meanwhile, the equally adorable Nendoroid Hakase from Nichijou is also announced and available for pre-order.

From the popular anime shown on NHK Educational TV, ‘Nichijou’ comes a Nendoroid of the self-proclaimed 8-year-old genius – Shinonome Laboratory’s Hakase!

She comes with a huge number of optional parts including a table, a Japanese teacup, a mug, a swiss-roll, Sakamoto-san the cat and even a Sakamoto Pharmacy cardboard box! She even comes with a separate fringe part with cat ears and a tail to recreate the famous scene from the show!
