Today is May 15th, the anticipated release date of ~~Diablo III~~ Nendoroid Kuroyukihime from Accel World, as we have known previously.

Here is the official description for this Nendoroid:

A Nendoroid of the Black King!
From the popular anime series ‘Accel World’ comes a Nendoroid of the student council vice-president surrounded in mystery – Kuroyukihime posed in her standard avatar form featuring her lovely black butterfly wings.

She comes with three expressions including a standard face, the smiling face, and a pouting face for whenever she is feeling jealous. She is wearing a lovely jet black dress with a matching parasol included both open and closed allowing you to decide how to display her. Haruyuki is also included in his standard avatar form – an adorable pink pig!

As mentioned in our previous post, Nendoroid Kuroyukihime is scheduled for September release with a price tag of 3800 Yen.

As expected, Accel World‘s Nendoroid Kuroyukihime is accelerating into Mikatan’s desk and there she had her preview photo session treatment.

We have already known that she will bring along three expression (smiling, laughing, and pouting), a closed and opened parasol, as well as Haruyuki the piggie. Mikatan also mentioned that her butterfly wings are detachable and her stand will be an arm-type that will connect through the middle of the wings all the way to her back. Whoa … XD

As mentioned by Mikatan on her preview post, Nendoroid Kamui Gakupo has been ready for pre-order starting yesterday.

Nendoroid Kamui Gakupo is finally getting a preview treatment by Mikatan. This Samurai-themed Vocaloid character, who is popular among the female fans, will bring along three expressions, his sword Gakuto Mifuri, a folding fan, and a ride-able eggplant.

Sure, this Nendoroid looks really cool and cute with all those unique hairdo, outfit, and stuff, but this is my personal favorite pose of him:

Design Contest for Nendoroid Snow Miku 2013 is Announced by PIAPRO

Costume design contest for Snow Miku 2013

Similar to last year, GSC and PIAPRO set up a Costume Design Contest for Nendoroid Snow Miku: 2013 version.

While the theme for last year’s costume was jewellery and crystal, this year’s emphasize is sweeteries, such as cakes, candies, and tarts. Obviously, since this is a design for SNOW Miku, those sweeties should have a snow or ice theme embedded into the design.

As mentioned by Mikatan on her preview, Nendoroid Princess of The Crystal from Mawaru Penguindrum will be available for pre-order starting May 8th (that’s today!) XD

The official description of this adorable Nendoroid is as follows:

“A message to all you who will never amount to anything!”
From the anime ‘Mawaru Penguindrum’ comes a Nendoroid of the mysterious character that Himari changed into when she put on the penguin hat – The Princess of the Crystal! She comes with three expressions, including her standard composed expression, a shouting face and a face with closed eyes.

Penguin number one, two and three are included, and she can even be posed standing on top of their heads! The skirt, scarf and frilly parts on her arms can all be removed allowing you to pose her all the stages of the famous transformation scene as well!
