Nendoroid Info in Latest Hobby Magazine Scans (November 2011)

Nendoroid Taneshima Popura, Sanada Yukimura, and Jack Frost

As usual, the monthly hobby magazine provides us with fresh info for upcoming (and sometimes unannounced) Nendoroid. First, the adorable waitress from WORKING!! will be finally available in normal-sized Nendoroid form. Yes, Max Factory‘s Nendoroid Taneshima Popura will bring along three expressions, a menu book, two glasses of water with tray, as well as a small stool for her to stand. She is scheduled for March 2012 release, with no pricing info announced yet. I guess Popura-chan will be up on Mikatan’s blog to be previewed soon. ^^

Let’s put Nendoroid Sanada Yukimura aside, since we have already known all about him. Well, Nendoroid Jack Frost from Persona / Shin Megami Tensei series popped up again. A new sitting pose is displayed there, and it is mentioned that it will be available on February 2012 – that means a preview of the Max Factory-bound Nendoroid is going to be posted shortly. ^^

Nendoroid Mikumix Miku

Nendoroid Hatsune Miku: First Weekly version (a.k.a Mikumix version) is now shown on all poses. She will bring three expressions, along with a mic + stand, a baseball ball, leek, ice cream, and a few more accessories and body parts. She will be priced at 3500 Yen and scheduled for April 2012 release. A preview of her should be available pretty soon. ^^

Nendoroid Generation charms and Nendoroid Petit Ikoku Meiro no Croisee set

Nendoroid Petit Ikoku Meiro no Croisee set is nothing new, so let’s skip it. Nendoroid Plus charms from the upcoming PSP game Nendoroid Generation are being displayed there, revealing new characters compared to last month’s article – is that Millhiore F. Biscotti there? XD Anyway, the whole set of charms are included in the limited edition of Nendoroid Generation, priced at 10480 Yen and scheduled to be released on February 23, 2012.

Improved Stand-Base for Re-sale Version of Nendoroid Date Masamune

Better base adapter for Nendoroid Date Masamune

If you have read our review of Nendoroid Date Masamune, you should have known that his base adapter is a little quirky. Based on my own experience, it is kinda hard to dock Masamune onto the base and it is not too stable as well.

Fortunately, Phat Company will have this problem fixed on the upcoming re-sale version of the one-eyed dragon‘s Nendoroid rendetion. They promise better stability and easier docking with this improved base adapter. Note that they only modify the base adapter; no changes to Masamune’s body or other parts.

As for those who have purchased the first edition of this Nendoroid, it seems that Phat Company is currently looking into various solution to distribute the updated base adapter (excluding the pedestal and pillar). No further info has been confirmed though.

The latest “Kuroyagi-san’s Letter Corner” on Mikatan’s blog post revealed some information regarding upcoming Nendoroid releases. Here’s the round-up:

Nendoroid KAITO‘s resale will be announced soon.
Phat! Company‘s Nendoroid Ika Musume will be officially announced soon.
Nendoroid Morishima Haruka and Nendoroid Nanasaki Ai from Amagami will be announced soon.
Nendoroid Menma (Honma Meiko) from Ano Hana is coming soon.
Nendoroid Date Masamune‘s resale is still uncertain, but not impossible. XD
Nendoroid Sonic The Hedgehog is made to celebrate Sonic’s 20th anniversary.
Nendoroid Yune‘s faceplates are supposed to be compatible with most Nendoroid.
Nendoroid Sayaka Miki and Nendoroid Sakura Kyouko from Puella Magi Madoka Magica are currently in the works.

Custom-made Nendoroid Mikatan?

Whoa … is that a custom Nendoroid Mikatan? She looks really adorable there, along with her trusty DSLR camera, chair, kitty-slippers, and a cardboard containing the reviewed product. DO WANT! XD

Unfortunately that photo has been removed from the post for some unknown reasons – perhaps she doesn’t want you to spam her with emails to ask about it. The photo popped up in my RSS reader along with the post earlier, but it seems that the real post has been updated, sans the photo.

Shuujin and Saikou: Yatta! We are finally released!

Bakuman fans, gather up! Nendoroid Mashiro Moritaka (Saikou) and Nendoroid Takagi Akito (Shuujin) are finally released! Yep, after getting some delays previously, Phat Company has succesfully getting these two released on schedule. ^^

Whoa whoa whoa … who is this Nendoroid? She came out of nowhere and has been available for pre-order starting today! ^^;

*ahem* Well, yep, this is Nendoroid Kuronuma Sawako from Kimi ni Todoke has been announced officially by GSC. Here is the description from the official page:

The shy yet always honest girl.

From the popular manga and anime series ‘Kimi ni Todoke’ comes a Nendoroid of the ever-positive main character from the series, Sawako Kuronuma!

She comes with her standard expression as well as a embarrassed expression perfect to show off her shy personality – plus she comes with two different ‘joke’ faces from the series, both a happy version and a thinking version. Shota Kazehaya’s dog, Maru-chan, is also included, giving you a load of variety to recreate scenes from the series!

Yep, 4 faceplates (including the standard/default one), a dog, and a couple of usual body parts and accessories are included in the package. The Phat Company‘s Nendoroid is scheduled for August release and priced at 3000 Yen.

Personally, I think this Nendoroid … umm … does not look like a Nendoroid. I mean, her expression looks really different compared to the other Nendoroid in general. How about you, Nendonesian? What do you think about Nendoroid Kuronuma Sawako? ^^

Nendoroid Masamune Date Gets Release Date (Again)

GSC has just posted an update regarding the official release date for their upcoming products which are due in April. Well, the most exciting part is obviously Phat! Company‘s Nendoroid Masamune Date from Sengoku BASARA who finally gets his release date: April 6, 2011. Whoa … that’s about a week from now! Our waiting is finally over, huh? Do not disappoint us again, Phat! ^^
