Sanae first appear on Touhou 10: Mountain of Faith, as a stage 5 boss… not quite hard, but that’s not the point, is it? :3
A quick look at her overall. You got:
x2 alternate faces (Happy, Worried/Shy)
x3 alternate hands (pointing, and 2 hands for holding her rod… I think it’s called Gohei :3)
x4 alternate arms
x1 rod/wand/gohei/whatever that thing called
x1 stand, with a star picture on it
Her stand, with a picture of star on it. I think it’s from her spellcard, either the first one or the fourth one, either of them are shaped like a star XD
Lovely smile and eyes~
Her side hair is removable, though it’ll look weird at some angle, but still looks cute xD
Happy face! I always love when a girl is smiling/laughing, but this is really cute and lovely!
(there’s two more that will come that are on same level of danger – it can make you die by extreme blood loss :p)

Buy or not buy?
Absolutely buy! Whether you are Touhou fans or not, Sanae’s faces are really good, so there’s no really good reason to not get her! XD
