It seems that the annual Snow Miku festival at Sapporo, Japan has begun as various pics and design of Snow Miku 2013 is starting to appear there.
Nendoroid Snow Miku: 2013 version also made her debut in form of some official photos displayed as the exterior skin of a train there.
Oh, what a lovely snow lady! Miku looks so pretty in this design, especially with that huge mochi hoodie and lovely eyes and hairstyles.
That bunny mochi is super cute! Plus, she also gets sitting parts and an umbrella!
